Job Title: Residential Childcare Worker
Location: Brompton on Swale, Richmond
Salary: £13.20 per hour
Working Hours: Full-time
Hourly Rate: £13.20 -
Number of Sleeps Required: Varies depending on rota
Pay Per Sleep: £50 per sleep
Service: Children’s Home
Service Users: YPs with EBD and Trauma
Qualifications Required: Enrolled on the Level 4 Children, Young People and Families Practitioner or Level 3 Residential Childcare is desirable
Experience in Years Required: Experience in a children’s residential setting
Employment Type: Permanent
Type of YPs: EBD, Trauma, Neglect
Ofsted Rating: Good
Passionate about supporting young people with emotional and behavioural needs
Able to work a mix of shifts including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins
A team player who can bring energy, empathy, and resilience
Holds a Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
NVQ Level 3 or above in Residential Childcare
