As a Residential Support Counselor, you'll:
âï¸ Provide direct supervision, mentoring, and person-centered support
âï¸ Organize therapeutic and recreational activities that encourage socialization and personal growth
âï¸ Communicate and collaborate with clinical teams to support each individual's treatment goals
âï¸ Maintain accurate documentation, including progress notes and behavioral observations
âï¸ Help create a safe, structured environment while supporting each person's journey toward independence
