Ädelbrook's COA-accredited Campus Residential Program serves individuals ages 12–22 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), providing a safe, structured, and nurturing environment where they can grow, develop life skills, and build independence through compassionate, evidence-based care.
As a Residential Support Counselor, you'll:
âï¸ Support residents with daily living skills and independence
âï¸ Implement positive behavior support plans using trauma-informed care
âï¸ Mentor and encourage personal growth through therapeutic and recreational activities
âï¸ Provide crisis intervention and create a safe, supportive environment
âï¸ Help residents participate in community outings and meaningful experiences
