As a Residential Support Counselor, you'll:
âï¸ Build meaningful relationships while providing compassionate, person-centered support
âï¸ Teach daily living skills such as meal preparation, hygiene, and household tasks
âï¸ Transport individuals to appointments, community activities, and recreational outings
âï¸ Document progress and collaborate with clinical teams to support individual goals
âï¸ Respond to challenging situations using trauma-informed care and de-escalation techniques
