Residential Service Plumber

Jack & Jill Plumbing -- Rochester, NY

Jack & Jill Plumbing is seeking an experienced Residential Service Plumber to serve customers in the Rochester, New York area, including Monroe and Orleans Counties.

Employment Type: Full-time, W-2 employee

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts

Work Location: On the road in the Rochester, NY service area

Sign-On Bonus: $1,500

Compensation

$175,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems.
• Provide professional and courteous service to customers.
• Explain recommended repairs and service options clearly.
• Complete required service documentation accurately.
• Collect customer payments in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain the company vehicle, tools, and equipment.
• Follow applicable safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of residential plumbing experience
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to perform the physical duties required for residential plumbing work
• Employment may be contingent upon completion of a pre-employment drug screening, where permitted by applicable law.
