Mr. Rooter Plumbing of McAllen is looking for an experienced Residential Service Plumber who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys solving difficult plumbing problems, and wants to help build one of the best plumbing companies in South Texas.
We're not looking for someone who simply runs service calls.
We're looking for someone who wants to become a leader, mentor other technicians, and help raise the standard of our entire company.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems.
• Perform drain cleaning and sewer diagnostics.
• Operate Spartan drain machines, sewer cameras, and hydro jetters.
• Install and repair water heaters and tankless water heaters.
• Perform gas line repairs and installations.
• Install water softeners and reverse osmosis systems.
• Present customers with Good, Better, Best repair options using ServiceTitan.
• Train and mentor less experienced technicians.
• Help maintain the highest workmanship standards.

QUALIFICATIONS
• 5+ years residential service plumbing experience preferred.
• Valid Texas Driver License.
• Clean driving record.
• Strong diagnostic skills.
• Experience with residential service plumbing.
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus but not required.
COMPENSATION
• Commission-based pay.
• Top performers earn $80,000-$120,000+ annually.
• No cap on earnings.
