Description
Minuteman Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is a growing, veteran-owned residential service company serving Greater Boston and the South Shore and we are hiring a Residential Service Plumber for its north-of-Boston service territory, centered around Cambridge. You will run residential service calls, diagnose and repair plumbing systems, and give homeowners a five-star experience. Join an established team of seven service plumbers at a company that invests in its people. Hourly base plus performance pay, with a realistic on-target earnings range of about $35 to $60 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
• Run residential plumbing service calls independently from dispatch to close
• Diagnose and repair plumbing systems accurately the first time
• Present repair and replacement options based on what is right for the customer
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and set proper expectations on every job
• Document work clearly and keep the company truck stocked and organized
• Uphold code standards and quality workmanship on every call
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
• Massachusetts Journeyman or Master Plumber license required
• Residential service experience strongly preferred
• Based in or north of the Boston area for a reasonable commute to the north service territory
• Strong customer-facing communication and honest recommendations
• Valid Massachusetts driver license with a clean driving record
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
