bluefrog Plumbing + Drain of the Main Line is building a new plumbing service team in the western Philadelphia suburbs and is looking for ambitious, experienced, and growth-minded technicians.

Serving homeowners throughout the Main Line and western Philadelphia suburbs, their mission is build a highly respected company while providing growth opportunities for all employees.

The company is supported by a Master Plumber with over 25 years of industry experience, providing guidance on technical standards, troubleshooting, and service quality. You will receive regular coaching and support, have access to technical and soft skill training, and be encouraged to continually develop your craft.

As one of the first technicians on the team, you will have the opportunity to help shape how the company grows and operates.

What Youll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues
• Install and service fixtures, water heaters, and plumbing systems
• Explain repair options clearly to homeowners
• Complete work efficiently and professionally
• Maintain a clean and organized truck and work area
• Use ServiceTitan for job management and invoicing

What Were Looking For

• 3+ years of residential plumbing experience
• Strong troubleshooting ability
• Good communication with customers
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and take pride in your work

Journeyman license is a plus but not required.

We serve homeowners throughout the western Philadelphia suburbs including:

Plymouth Meeting, Conshohocken, Havertown, Wynnewood, Wayne, Bryn Mawr, Villanova, Ardmore, King of Prussia, Bala Cynwyd, Berwyn, Devon, and surrounding communities.
