Shafer Heating & Cooling, LLC is a third-generation, family-owned company that has served Southern Ohio homeowners since 1985. We added electrical service in 2023 and we're growing that team now, so this is a chance to get in early and help build it. You'll run in-home electrical service calls for homeowners across Southern Ohio. You'll find the problem, fix it, and explain the options in plain language so the customer can make a confident decision on products, services and financing.
Key Responsibilities
• Complete in-home electrical service calls for residential customers
• Educate and assist customers in choosing the right products, services, and financing plans
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every call
• Maintain a valid electrician's license (licensed or close-to-licensed apprentice)
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
• Must pass a background check and drug test as a condition of employment
• Licensed Electrician/Apprentice
• In-home service call expertise
