Lead with Purpose!The NewPath Child & Family Solutions Residential School Coordinator provides leadership and support for the direct care staff, clients, and guests while also providing direct care as a team member in our Residential Interventions Program. The Residential School Coordinator acts as Supervisor for all direct care staff within the school setting of the Residential Interventions Program. Coordinate with Teachers and Group Facilitators to ensure smooth transitions. Foster team development through implementation of the program structure.Oversee and ensure proper communication between all staff on clinical, programmatic, education, and milieu issues.Ensure that behavioral contracts/plans are implemented by staff and data is communicated prior to the end of the school day.Ensure youth are oriented to the programs. Utilize and oversee the proper use of crisis de-escalation interventions in accordance with agency policy.Audit program documentation for quality and accuracy.Participate in meetings for on-going review of treatment and educational plans.On non-school days, provide support throughout the residential programs. Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree with coursework in a related field preferred with at least 2 years of direct care experience in related field. Previous Supervisory experience preferred. Must be 21 years of age, have a valid driver's license, and proof of current automobile insurance. Previous experience working with behavioral health services.
