    Residential Scheduling Coordinator

    The Residential Scheduling Coordinator ensures our homes are staffed, safe, and delivering high-quality active treatment. This role blends scheduling, staff support, client assistance, and residential operations.

    What You’ll Do

    • Manage Schedules & Coverage — Coordinate staffing, on-call support, and new-hire scheduling.

    • Support Active Treatment — Ensure objectives are completed and data is tracked.

    • Supervise Residential Instructors — Provide guidance, training, and daily support.

    • Assist Clients — Help with funds, outings, visits, and daily living needs.

    • Maintain Safe Homes — Monitor cleanliness, food safety, drills, and compliance.

    • Complete Documentation — Review paperwork, complete weekly forms, and support assessments.

    What You Bring

    • Experience in residential, long-term care, or rehab (preferred).

    • High School Diploma/GED (preferred).

    • Ability to lift 50 lbs, assist with transfers, and respond to emergencies.

    • Valid NM Driver’s License meeting insurance requirements.

    • Strong English communication skills.

    Physical Requirements

    • Frequent lifting, transferring, bending, and standing.

    • Fine motor skills for documentation and daily tasks.

    • Adequate vision, hearing, and communication abilities.

    • Occasional travel across campus; minimal to moderate exposure to environmental risks.

    Pre-Employment

    • NM Caregivers Criminal Screening

    • Post-offer physical & TB test

    • Drug/alcohol screening

    Ongoing Requirements

    • Maintain NMDOH eligibility

    • Maintain certifications (CPR, First Aid, HWC)

    • Meet performance expectations
