We're searching for a dynamic and experienced outside sales manager to join our growing team and take charge of expanding our customer base. This differs from your average sales job as you'll be at the forefront of a rapidly growing industry, helping homeowners switch to clean, renewable energy.
This role requires someone with a strategic mind, a relentless work ethic, a constant desire for growth, and the ability to build a high-performing B2C field sales team, leading from the front.

Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing the field sales team throughout the employee lifecycle, including recruiting, hiring, training and development, and HR processes
Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets
Ensuring the development of the employees under your management
Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the
company's customer base
Maximizing all sales efforts
Articulately and effectively building rapport while generating new sales and ensuring the best possible customer service experience
Qualifications:
3+ years' prior Outside Sales Leadership or similar experience with a strong performance record in Energy, Solar, Telecommunications, Home Remodeling, Insurance or Automotive.
Prior managerial background and ability to motivate, develop and coach a field sales team
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
