With an attention to detail and flexible problem-solving skills, you'll monitor job progress and step in as needed to improve quality, timeliness, or cost-effectiveness. Your responsibilities will include (but aren't limited to):Performing daily jobsite check-ins and quality control inspections to ensure projects meet company standardsCreating work orders and material lists based on projected job needsEnsuring field crews follow safety protocols and meet quality expectationsConducting final job walkthroughs and closing out jobs within 72 hours of completionHOME ROOF PROJECT MANAGER REQUIREMENTS4+ years of roofing experienceMaster Shingle Applicator certificationCurrent, valid driver's licenseBasic computer skills, proficiency with Google programs, and familiarity with industry software like CompanyCamThe ideal person for this project management role is highly communicative, deadline-driven, and creative when it comes to solving problems and meeting targets.
