Residential Roofing Production Manager

We are looking for an experienced Residential Roofing Production Manager.  The ideal candidate will have a passion for production, leadership qualities, and be an immediate member of the management team.

Qualifications/Skills

• 3+ years in residential roofing at the supervisory/management level
• Computer literate (CRM, Outlooks, Excel etc.)
• Ability to communicate, both written and verbal, with property owners, crews, and co-workers
• Ability to read blueprints/drawings, take offs, and other specifications.
• Ability to train employees and subcontractors as needed
• Driver’s license and clean driving record

Compensation

• Base salary based on experience
• Performance bonuses based on production and profitability
