Residential Property Manager

About the Role

Take the lead on a residential property portfolio — owner relationships, tenant relationships, leasing, and financial performance, all in one role. You'll be in the field, not just at a desk, working closely with our maintenance and accounting teams.

What You'll Do

• Own the portfolio: occupancy, leasing, renewals, inspections, budgets
• Coordinate maintenance & vendors: walkthroughs, repairs, proposals
• Manage leasing: show units, screen applicants, handle move-ins/outs
• Handle the numbers: invoices, delinquencies, financial reporting
• Be the point of contact for owners, tenants, and vendors
• Respond fast to inquiries and occasional after-hours emergencies

What You Bring

• 2+ years in residential property management (support, coordinator, or PM role)
• Willing to obtain your Hawaii Real Estate License (we'll support your path)
• Working knowledge of Hawaii Landlord Tenant Code & Fair Housing laws
• Experience with AppFolio (or similar) + Microsoft Office 365
• Valid driver's license — regular travel between properties required
