With an in-house team of approximately 25 carpenters and experienced field leadership, they have built a reputation for delivering exceptional craftsmanship on some of the region's most notable residential projects.

• Manage 3-5 active luxury residential construction projects simultaneously through completion.
• Oversee custom home builds, major renovations, additions, and historic restoration projects valued between $600K and $10M+.
• Conduct regular site visits throughout Southern Maine to monitor project progress, quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate closely with on-site foremen, subcontractors, vendors, and internal carpentry teams.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, change orders, documentation, and client communications.
• Work collaboratively with ownership and fellow Project Managers through weekly project review meetings.
• Utilize Buildertrend and Microsoft Office to track project performance and maintain accurate reporting.
• Support successful project execution from preconstruction handoff through final completion and closeout.

A successful Residential Project Manager should have:

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in high-end custom residential construction.
• Proven experience managing luxury custom homes, large-scale renovations, or estate-level residential projects.
• Strong understanding of residential construction methods, sequencing, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Proficiency with Buildertrend, Microsoft Office, or similar project management software.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to work on-site daily and commute throughout Southern Maine.
• Must reside within reasonable commuting distance of Kennebunkport, Maine.
