Step into a high-end remodeling operation in Las Vegas where luxury renovations are executed with precision, speed, and accountability. In this Residential Project Manager opportunity, you will lead end-to-end construction operations across multiple active projects each month, working closely with the CEO/COO while driving teams, timelines, budgets, and quality to a luxury standard.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Residential Project Managerposition include:
- 5+ years of residential project management experience.
- Own the full renovation operation across 3-4 active luxury projects per month.
- Build, maintain, and continuously improve scopes of work and project schedules.
- Own the operating budget and drive margin performance across every project.
- Drive renovation activity to on-time, on-budget completion, balancing speed and margin with luxury finish quality.
- Lead bidding and walk new projects alongside the general contractor and designer; secure final design approval from the CEO before work begins.
- Manage general contractor, designer, and subcontractor relationships: schedule and sequence trades, and hold vendors accountable to scope, pricing, quality, and timeline.
- Set and enforce quality standards, oversee site walks, manage the blue-tape/punch-list process, and confirm market-ready closeout.
Salary: $120k-$140k per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: Two weeks of PTO and five sick days are provided, along with mileage reimbursement. A year-end bonus is also available based on individual and company performance.
