Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects ranging from tenant improvements to specialized commercial developments throughout the MetroWest Massachusetts region. Client Details

Our client is an established high-end residential construction firm that has been operating in the Greater Boston area since the early 1990s. With a team of approximately 30 professionals, they specialize in some of the region's most prestigious and intricate custom homes, while also taking on select addition and renovation projects.

The company has built a strong reputation for delivering highly detailed, design-driven residential projects throughout the Metrowest area and Cape Cod. With a significant pipeline of newly awarded work, this is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to join a growing organization where they can take ownership of major projects and have a direct impact on their success.

Description

  • Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Coordinate project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client communications.
  • Work closely with field teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Utilize Procore to track project documentation, reporting, and project progress.
  • Collaborate with ownership and leadership teams to support continued business growth.
  • Oversee multiple active projects while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Support estimating, procurement, and project planning activities as required.

Profile

  • Manage high-end residential projects from preconstruction through final completion.
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, contracts, procurement, and overall project performance.
  • Coordinate closely with owners, architects, designers, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
  • Review plans, specifications, and project documents to identify potential issues and coordinate solutions.
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, invoices, and other project documentation.
  • Monitor project costs and maintain accurate financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure construction is progressing according to schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
  • Collaborate with Superintendents and field teams to resolve construction challenges and maintain project standards.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide consistent communication regarding project progress.
  • Utilize Procore for project documentation, communication, scheduling, and management.
  • Help coordinate multiple trades and ensure work is completed to the high standards expected on luxury residential projects.

Job Offer

  • Base Salary: Up to $130,000, depending on experience.
  • Bonus: Annual bonus opportunity.
