Residential Plumbing Solutions Specialist (Service & Sales)

Compensation: $27.00–$40.00 hourly base + commission. Potential earnings $100k–$135k annually.

Bonus Potential: If you bring extensive service plumbing experience and a proven sales track record, a sign-on bonus may be available for qualified candidates.

Your day in this role

You start your morning with a well-stocked truck, a hot cup of coffee, and a route loaded in ServiceTitan. First stop: a homeowner with low water pressure. You diagnose quickly, lay out clear options, and the customer chooses the best long-term fix. Photos, notes, and the estimate are captured in ServiceTitan; payment is processed on-site. Midday, you pivot to a light commercial call—replace a failing fixture, verify code compliance, and tidy up your workspace. You finish the day with a tankless water heater estimate, presenting good-better-best solutions with transparent pricing and leaving the customer confident and informed.

What you’ll handle

• Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues in residential and light commercial properties
• Repair, replace, and install to code and company quality standards
• Perform thorough system evaluations; present repair and replacement options clearly
• Sell recommended services, upgrades, and accessories using approved pricing and sales processes
• Capture accurate documentation: estimates, invoices, notes, and photos in ServiceTitan
• Collect payments and process transactions with accuracy and professionalism
• Maintain a clean, organized vehicle, tools, and parts inventory
• Follow safety procedures, company policies, and applicable plumbing codes

What you’ll bring

• Hands-on experience as a Plumbing Service Technician
• Deep knowledge of residential plumbing systems, fixtures, and best practices
• Fluency with ServiceTitan for job management, estimates, invoicing, and payment collection
• Proven sales acumen—presenting options and closing recommended work
• Clear communication, strong customer service, and practical problem-solving skills
• Valid California driver’s license and an acceptable driving record per company policy
