What You'll Do
As a Residential Plumbing Service Technician, you'll help homeowners diagnose plumbing concerns, recommend solutions, and complete quality repairs and installations.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose residential plumbing problems and inspect systems for current or potential concerns
- Perform plumbing repairs, replacements, maintenance, and installations to high-quality standards
- Explain findings clearly and present customers with appropriate repair and replacement options
- Prepare accurate estimates and invoices
- Properly document completed work
- Create a professional customer experience that earns repeat business and 5-star reviews
- Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle, tools, and work area
- Follow company procedures, plumbing codes, and safety standards

Required Qualifications
- Current plumbing license
- Service plumbing experience
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable driving record
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Strong communication skills
- Professional appearance and customer-service mindset
Preferred
- Previous service, sales, estimating, or invoicing experience
Work Schedule
Full-Time
Monday-Friday, approximately 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
