Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Residential Platforms Manager to lead the strategy, implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of primarily Yardi, On-Site and all platforms used by the rental division. This role will serve as the primary owner of the platform, partnering with Operations, IT, leasing, finance team, and third-party vendors to ensure the platform meets business objectives and delivers a seamless user experience.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of Yardi, property management operations, and software platform management. This individual will drive platform enhancements, manage system integrations and releases, and work on continuous process improvement across the division.

Compensation:
$155,000 - $170,000 / year
