Squeaky Services is looking for a motivated, bilingual (English/Spanish) Residential Operations & Customer Service Manager to join our growing team. This position will start part -time with the opportunity to grow into a full -time role. We are looking for someone with strong customer service skills, excellent communication, and the ability to build positive relationships with both clients and employees.

Responsibilities<\/b>

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for residential cleaning clients.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Answer client calls, emails, and address customer concerns professionally.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Conduct customer follow -ups after cleanings.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Process customer payments and ensure accounts are up to date.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Request and manage customer reviews and feedback.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Schedule and coordinate residential cleaning appointments.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Support employee engagement and communication.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Assist with employee coaching, training, and problem -solving.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Help cover cleaning shifts when employees call off or additional support is needed.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Learn and understand all company cleaning procedures, chemicals, equipment, and supplies.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Conduct quality control checks and ensure company standards are met.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Perform follow -up calls and outreach to potential clients.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Assist with lead generation and sending marketing emails to prospective customers.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Create or coordinate a minimum of four social media posts per month highlighting residential services, customer success stories, cleaning tips, team highlights, and before -and -after results.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Gather photos, videos, testimonials, and content from completed projects for marketing purposes.
    <\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>
    • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Previous customer service experience (required).
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Leadership or management experience preferred.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Strong communication and organizational skills.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Comfortable handling customer and employee concerns.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Basic computer skills and ability to learn scheduling and CRM systems.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Willingness to perform cleaning tasks when necessary.
