    Residential Nurse

    Pay Range: $66,400 - $72,400 per year

    RFK Community Alliance has an exciting opportunity for a Residential Nurse to join our team in Lancaster, MA.
     
     
    Who We Seek
    You are responsible for supervision of medication and child health coordination for youth in a residential setting between the ages of 12-22. Responsibilities include: oversight of medication plans, supervision of medication administration staff, case management of primary care and specialist physician services as well as state mandated screenings, critical decision making for health emergencies. Requires communication and coordination with guardians and school nurses regarding health needs and ongoing contribution to the health education of students and staff.
     
    Who You Are
    You are someone who leads with compassion and who values collaboration, professionalism, and teamwork. The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, Massachusetts RN licensure, a minimum of two years of experience.
     
    Shift
    Residential nursing hours are commonly Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00pm, but can be somewhat flexible around this time frame.
    Our residential nursing team also rotates for on-call weekly and for holidays for all programs in the Lancaster area. There is a weekly stipend to cover the on-call requirement.
