Overview
Using a person-centered approach, the LPN works collaboratively within a team to maintain and provide health care for individuals in Residential Group Homes. You will help ensure that individuals with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities receive the highest quality care while actively participating in the development of their personal service plans. This is a Monday–Friday position during first-shift hours.
