    What You’ll Do

    Lead with Integrity & Accountability

    • Lead, coach, and develop Field Supervisors to drive performance, engagement, and accountability
    • Set clear expectations and consistently hold teams accountable for safety, quality, and productivity
    • Address performance issues quickly and constructively, reinforcing a culture of ownership

    Deliver Reliable, High-Quality Operations

    • Plan, assign, and oversee construction and warranty work to meet builder timelines and expectations
    • Review work orders before and after completion to ensure accuracy and quality
    • Ensure all field work meets company standards, local codes, and safety requirements
    • Monitor and protect company assets, including tools, vehicles, and inventory

    Communicate Proactively & Build Strong Relationships

    • Partner with builder superintendents to build trust and long-term relationships
    • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on production, performance, and challenges
    • Maintain clear communication with field teams, warehouse, and internal partners
    • Ensure accurate, timely completion of invoices, timesheets, and operational reporting

    • Ensure compliance with all training, safety standards, and company policies

    What You Bring

    Minimum Qualifications

    • High school diploma or GED
    • 3–5 years of construction or production management experience
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
    • Ability to effectively manage people, priorities, and resources
    • Valid driver’s license and EPA certification
    • Flexibility to work overtime or weekends as needed

    Work Environment

    • Combination of office and field environments (construction sites, unfinished residential homes)

    Physical Requirements

    • Ability to drive between job sites, lift up to 20 lbs, climb, bend, kneel, and work at heights as needed
    • Comfortable working in confined spaces and on active construction sites
    • Ability to wear required PPE and work in varying environmental conditions
