Residential & Multi-Family Maintenance Technician

Property Solutions Team (PST) is growing, and we're looking for skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our field team. We perform maintenance, repairs, unit turns, and reconstruction work for apartment communities, condominium associations, homeowner associations, and residential properties throughout the Denver Metro and Front Range.

Position Summary

As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform a variety of residential maintenance and repair tasks while delivering quality workmanship and excellent customer service. We are looking for individuals who have experience in one or more trades and are willing to continue learning and growing with our team.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance and repair work including:

• Drywall installation and repair

• Drywall finishing and texture matching

• Interior painting

• Tile repair and installation

• Baseboard and trim installation

• Minor plumbing repairs

• Minor electrical repairs

• Door, hardware, and fixture replacement

• Punch list completion

• Residential work orders

• General property maintenance

• Other repair and reconstruction tasks as assigned

Qualifications

Experience with some or all of the following:

• Drywall

• Texture

• Painting

• Finish carpentry

• Tile

• Plumbing

• Electrical

• General maintenance

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Ability to safely use ladders and common hand and power tools

• Professional appearance and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

Schedule

• Full-Time

• Monday through Friday

• Rotating on-call schedule with additional compensation

Compensation

• $25.00 to $35.00 per hour, depending on experience

• On-call bonuses
