Are you a compassionate leader with a passion for supporting people with disabilities? We are looking for a Residence Manager II to oversee the daily operations of a residential home while leading a dedicated team in providing high-quality, person-centered care.
What You'll Do:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the residence
- Supervise, schedule, train, and support DSP staff
- Ensure compliance with OPWDD regulations, agency policies and documentation standards
- Manage household budgets
- Promote community engagement activities
- Participate in an on-call rotation, providing leadership and support outside of regular business hours as scheduled
Qualifications:
- Experience working with people with developmental disabilities
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience (preferred)
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license
Compensation:
- Starting rate: $31.46 / hour
- Additional on-call compensation for scheduled on-call responsibilities
