As Residential Manager, you will oversee Community Integrated Living Arrangements (CILA - residential group home settings) to assure quality care and a positive environment for those living and working there. Job duties include:Hire, train, develop and coach staffOversee and approve staff schedules and payroll reportsManage financial targets and recordsLead communication with staff and resolve concerns to build positive work teamsPartner with clinical services team to accomplish excellent client careRequirements:2 or more years of leadership experience in a CILA, long-term care or other residential settingSupervisory experienceADSP (Authorized Direct Support Person) certification preferredValid Driver's LicenseHigh School or equivalent educationEOE
