Pay: $25–$35 per hour to start

The Position:
You will perform residential maintenance and repair work in residential homes. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, can work independently, and enjoys providing excellent service to customers.


Typical work may include:

• General home repairs and maintenance
• Drywall repair and patching
• Interior and exterior painting
• Trim and finish carpentry
• Door and hardware repairs
• Minor plumbing repairs
• Minor electrical repairs
• Caulking, sealing, and weatherproofing
• Basic carpentry and home improvement projects
• Troubleshooting and completing a variety of residential repairs
• Communicating professionally with homeowners
• A contractor's license is not required for this position.

What we're looking for:
MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS OF HANDYMAN OR RESIDENTIAL MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE.

• Can perform a variety of common home repairs
• Takes pride in quality workmanship
• Is dependable and punctual
• Can work independently and manage jobs efficiently
• Communicates professionally with customers
• Has a clean driving record
• Maintains a clean and professional appearance
• Understands the importance of protecting customers' homes and property
• Is able to pass a criminal background check

Compensation & Benefits:

• $25–$35 per hour to start, depending on experience and skill level
