We're seeking a hands-on, tech-savvy, and experienced Maintenance Technician (part-time) to oversee and actively participate in maintenance operations at our East Point property.

What You'll Do:

• Complete repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance
• Prepare apartments for new residents (turnovers)
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and equipment
• Identify and resolve maintenance issues proactively
• Coordinate with vendors and safely use tools/equipment

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years experience as a Maintenance Technician
• Must have an experience HVAC mini-split repair and maintenance
• Must have own tools
• Must have a valid and active Driver's License
• Computer proficiency is a plus
• HVAC knowledge is a plus, particularly with boilers and heating systems.
• Experience with general plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, apartment turnovers, and preventative maintenance is essential.
