Residential & Light Commercial HVAC Technician

If you want to work for a family-run shop where the owner knows your name and treats you like family, you'll feel right at home at Right Now Air.

A Day in the Life at Right Now Air

Your day starts with a take-home company van and a schedule of homes and businesses across the Las Vegas valley, from Henderson and Summerlin to North Las Vegas and Boulder City.

You might start with a tune-up, then track down a tricky problem on a light commercial unit, and finish the afternoon helping with a system replacement.

At every stop, you explain what's going on in plain language and give honest quotes, because here what we quote is what we charge.

When the Vegas heat is at its worst, you're not on your own, because the crew backs each other up and the owner backs the crew.

We've been doing it this way for 40 years, and the work is full-time and steady all year long.

What You'll Get:

• $30-$40/hr depending on experience
• Medical, dental, and life insurance (100% paid by the company)
• $1,000 sign-on bonus ($500 at 90 days, $500 at 180 days)
• Take-home company van and gas card
• Big-ticket equipment supplied (torches, recovery machines, vacuum pumps, scales)
• Hand tool purchase program (buy what you need on our accounts and pay it back through easy payroll deductions)
• Paid holidays
• Paid vacation after 1 year of service
• Extensive paid training, in-state and out-of-state
• Full-time, year-round work with no seasonal layoffs

What You'll Be Doing:

• Diagnosing and repairing residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Seasonal maintenance and tune-ups
• System replacements and installs
• Explaining issues to customers in plain language (we educate, we don't pressure-sell)
• Keeping your work clean and your quotes honest

Who We're Looking For:

You take pride in your work, and you show up on time.

You treat customers like family, and you don't cut corners when nobody's watching.

You're always willing to keep learning, and we'll invest in your training to help you grow.

Beyond that:

• At least 3 years of HVAC field experience
• Experience with both residential and light commercial systems
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Your own hand tools, meters, and gauges (we cover the big-ticket equipment)
• Able to pass a national background check and drug screen
• Professional appearance and good communication skills

How to Apply:

Click the apply button below to submit a quick application, and we'll get back to you quickly.

That's kind of our thing, since it's right there in our name.

During the hiring process, you'll meet the owner, not six layers of managers.

If you want a shop where you're a person and not a truck number, we'd love to hear from you.
