Aptus Home Services is a growing, veteran-owned company built on integrity, professionalism, and doing quality work the right way. We're looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician who enjoys solving problems—not just changing parts.


If you're the technician everyone calls when the diagnosis gets difficult, we want to talk with you.


What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC equipment
  
  
• Troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical issues
  
  
• Diagnose and correct airflow problems
  
  
• Service and troubleshoot variable-speed systems
  
  
• Perform preventative maintenance and system evaluations
  
  
• Provide customers with honest recommendations and exceptional service
  
  

Bonus Experience (Not Required)

• Commercial package units
  
  
• VRF/VRV systems
  
  
• Light commercial HVAC
  
  
• Advanced electrical diagnostics
  
  
• Refrigeration troubleshooting

Required:

• EPA Certification
  
  
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
  
  
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
  
  

Preferred:

• NATE Certification
  
  
• Experience with variable-speed systems
  
  
• Commercial HVAC experience
