A Day in This Role

Your morning begins with a stocked, company‑provided vehicle and a clear route of residential and light commercial calls. You’ll assess system performance and safety, diagnose issues with precision, and complete repairs that stand the test of time. Throughout the day you’ll explain options in plain language, prepare estimates, recommend maintenance agreements when appropriate, and keep meticulous service notes and inventory. Every interaction is an opportunity to deliver the five‑star experience our customers expect.

What You’ll Handle

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Travel to scheduled appointments in a company‑provided take‑home vehicle
• Inspect systems for safety, efficiency, and proper operation
• Present repair and replacement options; prepare accurate estimates
• Recommend maintenance agreements when they benefit the customer
• Maintain service records and manage truck inventory
• Deliver a consistent, five‑star customer experience

What You Bring

• Hands‑on HVAC service experience (preferred)
• Completion of an HVAC training program or apprenticeship
• EPA Certification (required)
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
• Self‑direction and schedule management skills
• Professional appearance and workmanship
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
