Position Responsibilities- Welcome future residents with warmth and professionalism, making every first impression count.
- Lead engaging property tours, showcasing the unique features and amenities that make our community special.
- Assist applicants with the leasing process, including completing applications and signing leases.
- Respond quickly and thoughtfully to questions by phone, email, or in person, ensuring every interaction is positive.
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activity and resident information.
- Collaborate with the management team to meet occupancy and leasing goals.
- Ensure compliance with fair housing laws and company policies.
- Help create memorable community events and programs that boost resident happiness and connection.
Required Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office programs is a plus.
- Knowledge of fair housing laws and leasing regulations.
This position is located in Deerfield, IL, and requires the ability to work Saturdays.
