$30–$35/hour + 2–10% Commission | Uncapped Earning Potential
We are hiring an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our team in the Fort Pierce area. This is an opportunity for a proven technician who can independently diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems while providing excellent customer service.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
- Perform preventive maintenance and installations
- Accurately identify system issues and recommend appropriate repairs or solutions
- Clearly explain findings and repair options to homeowners
- Identify replacement and upgrade opportunities when appropriate
- Complete service documentation using company technology
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
- Drive a company-provided vehicle to customer locations
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- Proven ability to independently diagnose and complete HVAC repairs
- $750K+ in verifiable annual revenue production
- Active EPA Universal Certification
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional, dependable, and safety-focused
- Comfortable working independently in residential homes
- Sales or service-upgrade experience is a plus
- Must pass a drug screening
