We are looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician who is willing to work weekends and wants to take advantage of a highly competitive spiff and commission program. This position also offers the potential for a 4-day workweek.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of HVAC systems, including electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration components.
- Identify system issues and provide effective repair solutions.
- Deliver excellent customer service and communicate repair recommendations clearly to homeowners.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum of three (3) years of residential HVAC service experience, including diagnostics and repairs.
- Willingness and availability to work weekends.
- EPA certification for refrigerant handling preferred.
- Willingness to continue education and training in the HVAC field.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in tight spaces.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
