Horsetooth Heating & Air is hiring a residential HVAC service professional with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Fort Collins.

We're looking for someone who can walk into a service call, accurately diagnose the problem, communicate with the homeowner, and get the system operating properly. In return, you'll have the resources, training, and support to continue growing your career without being micromanaged.

The Role

Your day-to-day work will include:

• Running residential HVAC service calls
• Troubleshooting heating and cooling equipment
• Diagnosing system failures and determining the appropriate repairs
• Discussing findings and recommendations with homeowners
• Performing quality repairs and ensuring work meets company standards
• Keeping your service vehicle, equipment, and tools organized and maintained
• Participating in ongoing technical and dealer training

This Position Is a Good Fit If You Have

• 3-5 years of residential HVAC service experience
• Universal EPA certification
• NATE certification, or the ability to earn it within your first year
• A valid driver's license and insurable driving history
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic abilities
• The ability to work independently and manage service calls responsibly
• A professional approach when working in customers' homes
• Basic HVAC tools and a willingness to continue investing in your trade

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $30-$42/hour based on experience, plus spiffs

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-5:30 PM Occasional evenings, weekends, and overtime may be needed.
