Job Summary
Tired of being pressured to push upsells when all you want to do is fix the problem and do good work for a fair price? Tired of watching your company get bought by a corporate HVAC company and seeing the culture change with it? We get it!

At Sirius Plumbing & Air Conditioning, we’re proud to be locally owned, and we have no plans to sell. We’ve been serving our community since 1995, and we believe there’s a better way to run a service company.

We believe in fixing it right, leaving the home cleaner than we found it, and never upselling a customer on something they don’t need.

We also keep our service area tight. That means less time sitting on I-35 or US-75 traffic and more time doing what you actually got into the trade to do: solving problems, taking care of customers, and turning wrenches.

We’re looking for technicians who take pride in their work, want to be treated like professionals, and believe you can make a great living without compromising your values.

If that sounds like the kind of company you’ve been looking for, we’d like to meet you.
