What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential heating and cooling systems
- Perform routine maintenance and system inspections
- Identify equipment issues and recommend appropriate repair or replacement options
- Clearly explain findings and solutions to homeowners in a professional, easy-to-understand way
- Deliver a high level of customer service on every call
- Maintain accurate service records, equipment information, and follow-up recommendations
- Follow company safety procedures and all applicable EPA regulations
- Work closely with the service and dispatch teams to provide a smooth customer experience
What We’re Looking For
- EPA Certification required
- Residential HVAC service, repair, and diagnostic experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional, dependable, and organized
- Comfortable working independently in customers’ homes
- Team-oriented attitude and willingness to continue learning
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
