You're probably tired of fixing systems all day and still feeling underpaid.
You want solid hours, real money, and a team that respects good work.
You want to be trusted in the field, not micromanaged from a desk.
If you're sharp with diagnostics and great with homeowners, this could fit.
This Residential HVAC Service Tech role is with a team that treats customers like family and expects workmanship you can be proud of. The standard is high here: professionalism, accountability, teamwork, and constant growth.
You won't be asked to just patch equipment and move on. You'll be part of a company built on trust, positive energy, and doing things the right way, while proudly representing Buddy, the golden retriever mascot who stands for loyalty, care, and trust.
Your day starts with homeowners counting on you to figure it out fast and fix it right. You'll diagnose systems, make quality repairs, and help people feel comfortable in their own home again.
You'll do more than turn wrenches. You'll talk with homeowners, spot ways to improve comfort, efficiency, and air quality, and recommend solutions that genuinely help them.
When you do this well, people remember you. You build trust on every call, create real value, and help maximize each opportunity through add-on repairs or strong replacement handoffs to a senior comfort advisor.
We have a rigorous process for hiring, but move FAST for the right person. You could be hired in as little as 10 days! We've had lots of interest, so the first few steps are automated to make sure you can get considered quickly.
Don't worry—if you take the time to apply, we will respond to 100% of the applicants.
The process:
You'll work 40 to 45 hours a week and earn $150,000 to $200,000 per year. If you're the kind of tech who diagnoses well, repairs with pride, and builds trust with homeowners, this role is built for strong earnings tied to strong performance.
This is not for someone who cuts corners, gets sloppy under pressure, or treats homeowners like ticket numbers. It is for someone who wants to be respected, perform at a high level, and keep getting better.
If you want a place with accountability, positive energy, pride in the craft, and a team-first mindset, you'll feel it here.
You'll do well here if you're motivated, dependable, professional, and hungry to grow. You take pride in your craft, communicate well with homeowners, and understand that trust is just as important as the repair.
If you're ready to earn well, do work you're proud of, and join a team that actually values how you show up, apply now.
