We are looking for a technician who wants the price book in his hands. You'll run service calls, find the problems, and when a system is at the end of its life you'll be the one who walks the homeowner through it. Not a handoff to somebody else. You see it, you present it, you sell it, and you get paid on it.That means being thorough on every call, because the opportunity is usually sitting in the equipment nobody looked at closely. It means walking the homeowner through each repair and replacement option so they can make a real decision about their home.
