Residential HVAC Sales Consultant

Rosenberg Indoor Comfort is looking for a full-time HVAC Sales Rep in San Antonio, TX. You'll be a key part of our team, helping homeowners with their heating and cooling needs. This full-time job pays only performance-based compensation, with the chance to earn between $100,000 and $225,000 a year. We provide a company vehicle so you can get to job sites all around San Antonio and Boerne.

YOUR ROLE

Each day, you'll leave your house in your company vehicle and visit homeowners. You'll talk with them about their options for new air conditioning and heating systems. You'll focus on giving friendly, helpful service and will check in with customers to answer any questions after you give your proposal or after their new system is installed. Your job is to make sure every customer feels comfortable and well taken care of.

YOUR SCHEDULE

You'll work Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You start your day from home and drive straight to your appointments. There's no need to check in at an office before you begin your workday.

HVAC SALES REP REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ year(s) of residential HVAC sales experience
• Ability to give great customer service
• Strong follow-up skills and ability to answer all customer questions after proposals or installations
