You'll coordinate manpower, schedules, materials, and jobsite priorities to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.Working closely with builders, superintendents, project managers, and company leadership, you'll monitor construction progress, resolve field challenges, and maintain strong communication throughout each phase of the project. You'll perform regular jobsite inspections to verify installations meet company quality standards, manufacturer specifications, and local building codes while promoting safe work practices across every crew.You'll also mentor Lead Installers, installers, and apprentices by providing technical guidance, coaching, and performance feedback. Candidates should have extensive knowledge of residential HVAC rough-ins, trim-outs, duct systems, equipment installation, airflow, and construction scheduling.Previous experience as a Lead Installer, HVAC Foreman, Crew Leader, or Field Supervisor is strongly preferred. Successful candidates will possess excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple crews, maintain project schedules, solve field issues, and build strong relationships with builders and project managers.A strong understanding of residential construction practices, jobsite safety, quality control, and productivity management is essential.
