Assistant (Hourly Rate $17 - $20)
- Recent Trade School Grad
- General knowledge of HVAC Equipment and Tools
- Assist Lead on Install Jobs such as load truck, prep materials and breakdown
- Pick up equipment and materials and supply house
- Valid Driver's License with clean history
- Able to climb ladders
- Able to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance
Mid- Tier (Hourly Rate $21 - $24)
- All duties of an Assistant
- Can work independently under guidance of Lead
- Can effectively communicate with customers during install.
- Understands, wiring and performing work to manufacturers specs
