WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A RESIDENTIAL HVAC INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN
We welcome both entry-level candidates with no experience and experienced professionals with 5 or more years of experience who are motivated to learn, adapt, and grow.
YOUR ROLE AS OUR RESIDENTIAL HVAC INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN
You report to the shop at 7:30 a.m. before heading out for the day. Your regular schedule runs 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with the workday wrapping up once scheduled jobs are complete and opportunities for overtime, evening, and on-call work are available.
You remove and replace residential furnaces and air conditioners, complete water heater installations, and keep worksites organized and efficient. During slower seasons, you tear down old equipment for recycling, assist with other construction-style projects, and help prepare tools, materials, and systems for the next busy cycle. Every day keeps you hands-on, productive, and moving forward.
