You earn hourly pay with PRU (Payroll Unit) piece-rate incentives, putting your annual income between $40,000 and $85,000 per year.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A RESIDENTIAL HVAC INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN

• Valid driver's license
• Familiar with basic hand tools
• Familiar with using an iPad
• Ability to use a 2-wheeled dolly/handcart
• Physical ability to properly and safely lift and carry heavy items such as furnaces and air conditioners with assistance
• Ability to travel to homes throughout our Michigan and Indiana service areas (70-minute drive from our South Bend address)
• 5+ years of experience in the Residential HVAC field is a plus
• EPA Type II Certified is preferred

We welcome both entry-level candidates with no experience and experienced professionals with 5 or more years of experience who are motivated to learn, adapt, and grow.

YOUR ROLE AS OUR RESIDENTIAL HVAC INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN

You report to the shop at 7:30 a.m. before heading out for the day. Your regular schedule runs 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with the workday wrapping up once scheduled jobs are complete and opportunities for overtime, evening, and on-call work are available.

You remove and replace residential furnaces and air conditioners, complete water heater installations, and keep worksites organized and efficient. During slower seasons, you tear down old equipment for recycling, assist with other construction-style projects, and help prepare tools, materials, and systems for the next busy cycle. Every day keeps you hands-on, productive, and moving forward.
