What You'll Do

As an HVAC Install Assistant, you'll work side-by-side with experienced Lead Installers, helping install residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems while learning the trade from the ground up.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assist with installing residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Support Lead Installers with system replacements and new installations
• Help install furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, air handlers, ductwork, thermostats, and indoor air quality products
• Prepare jobsites by organizing tools, materials, and equipment
• Load and unload company vehicles safely and efficiently
• Measure, cut, and assemble ductwork and HVAC components
• Help test newly installed systems to ensure proper operation
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas throughout each project
• Follow all company quality standards and safety procedures
• Deliver outstanding customer service while treating every customer's home with respect
• Continue developing your technical knowledge through hands-on training and coaching
