What You’ll Do
Own the service experience from doorstep to wrap-up:
- Diagnose and repair residential systems: furnaces, heat pumps, mini-splits, central A/C, and boilers — including the tough calls.
- Spot issues early to reduce callbacks and prevent breakdowns.
- Guide homeowners through choices — repair vs. replace, financing options, and maintenance agreements — so they can make confident decisions.
- Track and hit your metrics; know your revenue and service goals and take pride in meeting them.
What You Bring
- Hands-on residential HVAC service experience and code/safety know-how.
- Comfort with tech — iPads, digital invoicing, and ServiceTitan.
- Polished communication at the kitchen table and on the job site.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
- Fluency in English.

Physical Demands & Environment
- Regularly move between sitting, standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, and stooping; use hands and fingers; hear and speak on the job.
- Reach overhead, climb ladders, and work in hot/cold spaces (including crawl spaces).
- Lift and carry 50+ pounds as needed.
- Requires close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
- Work outdoors across New Jersey seasons; conditions vary with the scope of work.
