Debbie’s Staffing is seeking a Residential Housing Specialist for our Client in High Point, NC!
Pay Rate: $14/hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday
Job Summary: To assist low-income families access and use rental assistance to lease safe affordable housing. Employees in this role perform assistance and administrative work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing voucher based rental program activities.
- Investigating complaints.
- Maintaining and updating information related to the housing program participants.
- Gathering various data and information.
Qualifications:
Associate's degree in social services, Business Management, or related field preferred.
- 1 year experience involving case management or client service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive client information.
