***ATTENTION IDD Professionals with a Background in Residential Services!!*** Residential House Manager***Full-Time Positions Available – Liverpool, Baldwinsville Area(s)***Arc of Onondaga is actively seeking knowledgeable and experienced candidates who would like to join our team of dedicated Residence Managers! *$3,000 Sign-On Bonus* Within this role, you would primarily be responsible for the planning, supervising, and coordinating support services that are required to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment for adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. Responsibilities include but are not limited to supervising a team of Direct Support Professionals, planning staff coverage, and collaborating with the Community Residence team to ensure that the health and safety needs of residents are fulfilled. You will also assist with the coordination of services, planning, and management of residents' health, recreational and social activities.
