Responsibilities include but are not limited to supervising a team of Direct Support Professionals, planning staff coverage, and collaborating with the Community Residence team to ensure that the health and safety needs of residents are fulfilled. You will also assist with the coordination of services, planning, and management of residents' health, recreational and social activities.
