Job title: House Cleaner - $22-26/hr - Mon-Fri Days, No Weekends

- A car you can drive every workday, insured (in your name or listed as a driver), and a valid driver's license
- To reliably get to clients homes in the Savannah and surrounding areas every week day by 8am
- To be willing to complete a background check and a 10-panel drug test, including THC, at our lab in Garden City the same day you get an offer
- Full-time availability, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (no part-time)
- To be 18 or older

About Hubbard's Maid Service
We're a residential cleaning company in Savannah. We do detailed, reliable work and treat our clients and our team with respect. We track performance and quality, and the cleaners who do the best work earn the most and move up.
What a typical day looks like
- You'll clean 2-3 homes a day, mostly working on your own, sometimes with a small team
- You'll drive between homes in the Savannah area, usually 5-15 minutes apart
- You'll follow a clear checklist for every room
- It's physical work: you're on your feet all day, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 20 lbs
Pay and schedule
- $22/hr to start, including during training, after training $22 to $26/hr including tips, based on performance
- Paid weekly
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. No nights, weekends, or holidays
- Paid training on our process
How hiring works
- Apply and answer the screening questions
- Complete two short online assessments
- Short video pre-screen (have your driver's license and insurance card ready to show us, so you are eligible to move to the next step.)
- In-person interview in Savannah
- If offered the job: drug test in Garden City that same day, and background check
- Start training once both results are back
